Q: How can I reset my password?
A: In order to change your password you need to log into your Account Page, go to Settings, Change Password. Q: What is the Game key? A: Upon purchasing Earthrise, you will receive a unique Game Key, which will allow you to gain access to the game. The Game Key is a code consisting of 5x5 digits and letters. Q: How can I protect my account? A: Please read the following notes which will help you to keep your account safe: When creating your password, please make sure that it is long enough, it has at least one capital letter or special symbol, and it is not easy to figure out. Always bear in mind that our Customer Support Representatives will never ask you for your password, so keep this information strictly to yourself. Do not save or accumulate any of the details of your account on your computer. Do not share your personal information or e-mail address on the forums (even on ours) or any other websites. Never write down and share any of your account information with someone else. Avoid playing in shared computer places or at least check if the system you are about to use is secure enough. Q: What can I do if I fear my account has been compromised? A: Should you suspect your account has been stolen, the first thing to do is to change the password of your account, if you still have access to it. Once you have logged in, please go over your personal information and check if anything there has been changed or looks suspicious. However, notwithstanding whether you still have access to your account or not, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can either do so with a ticket at http://support.play-earthrise.com or write us an e-mail at support@play-earthrise.com, if you cannot log into our system. Note: It is mandatory to contact us from the e-mail you used to create your account. |
